dedicated to Davy

A few weeks ago David had to have dental surgery to remove one broken front tooth (caused with by an accident involving a big ball at target) and two extra teeth called supernumerary teeth. Supernumerary teeth are rare in adults and even rarer in children. And to have two is apparently even MORE rare.
They had a big meeting about Davy with 10 of the dentists at OHSU about what to do and they recommended extraction. So we went with their recommendation and on June 26th Davy had surgery. It was a hard day for both Davy and his worried Momma but we got through it and he's doing fine.

Riding the tram from the top of OHSU to the bottom of the hill and back after David's pre-op appointment:

(So early in the morning!)

We're so thankful for modern medicine and mostly so glad that it's over. :)

And now, since we're talking about Davy here are a few more photos that need to be shared:

I still sneak in and take pictures of my kids sleeping sometimes he's so big :(
