So I'm not the type of Mom that just loves summer vacation. We just seem to do better with a schedule and routine. So after school being out for two weeks, hot weather and no air conditioning and all of us kicking around the house we decided to run to the beach one day. I will be sad when the day comes that I can't just "run to the beach" for the day and drive home late smelling like the ocean with our car full of sand and seashells and tired happy kids.
