We know that our time here in Eastern Idaho will be brief. There are some days that I'm really grateful for that. But while we're here we want to take advantage of everything that there is to see and do here. One of the items on our "things to do while we live in Pocatello" list was to visit Yellowstone National Park. And Saturday we happened to have an open day and Justin had read in the paper that all national parks had free admission that day so... we very spontaneously packed up and headed out. Every once in awhile Justin gets some crazy scheme like this going and I've learned to just sit back and let it happen- it usually ends up being a lot of fun.

This brings back memories. We camped out at Yellowstone when Elai was just two months old. It ended up snowing but we had a great time. Audrey's hair is is long and beautiful. Glad you had a great time.
Gotta love Justin's crazy schemes. My favorite with the two of you would have to be the snowboarding trip that turned into an old cemetery tour. What a fine day.
We didn't take our kids to Yellowstone until Janie was married and our other kids were in college, high school, and Jr. high. They couldn't believe we lived so close to it and had never gone.
It's great your kids got to go when they were still little. Now our married kids take their families there. Love, Uncle Walt & Aunt Eileen
