just got a promotion!

The Idaho Statesman has made some big changes in their retail staff and has chosen 4 of their top sales reps to be 'New Business Reps'. Justin will be one of the four. He's leaving his territory to focus exclusively on bringing new businesses to advertise with the paper, once they've signed contracts, Justin will pass them to the remaining territory reps. This success of this whole new commission structure and sales program that the Statesman is putting into place rests largely on the shoulders of the New Business Reps. There are even a few more changes in Justin's job descriptions that we can't talk about yet. And although the extra money will be nice, I'm mostly so happy for Justin, this new opportunity and how excited he is about it. I'm so proud of him.
