And the kids sang some Christmas songs:
The next week we were part of a progressive dinner for the Young Men and Young Women. We made creme brûlée for 30 kids and they had a lot of fun:
Toys from David's birthday have been getting a lot of use especially Batman who's been finding himself in all sorts of scary situations:
"Holy traps, Batman!"
His fights with the nutcrackers on our bookshelf and the characters from our Nativity set have been especially interesting:
I found this tummy at bedtime one night:
Miss Audrey had a dance recital:
And was Student of the Month in her class! (on pajama day)
There was also a fun primary activity:
We've been making candies to deliver to friends and neighbors:
And dreaming of the Nutcracker Ballet:
This week will hopefully be a little slower with more down time to really enjoy Christmas and then we're off to visit our families!
