This year I was put in charge of the decorations for our ward's Harvest Festival. It was exciting to be responsible for a function on the ward level but also a little daunting! Luckily I had a good friend offer to help, it worked out well and was a lot of fun!
First, to get all the pumpkins we needed for the decorations we made a trip to a pumpkin patch on Sauvie Island:
It was a beautiful misty foggy day and the boys had a great time getting muddy and helping us find the right pumpkins.
Then it all came together at the church. We kept things clean and simple and I loved how it turned out.
