I am thankful for...
frozen Puff Pastry. I've become a big proponent of cooking from scratch and everything homemade. But this pastry is wonderful. It makes great palmiers, turnovers, pie crusts, cheese sticks- I love it.
Layers of warm flaky buttery goodness + apples + cinnamon and nutmeg + ice cream = heaven
