It's not crazy that she would ask- this year has been a hard one. I have to admit that my attention hasn't been on my relationship with Justin. Dealing with two kids that need my time, and a new job that keeps me more than a little busy have been my main focus. And lets not even talk about those occasional days when I need to clean the bathroom or try to cook dinner. It can get pretty hairy around here sometimes and, although it shouldn't be this way, Justin sometimes has to take a backseat to everything else that needs to be done.
But the answer to Justin's Mom's question? Our marriage is good. Always has been. That's been an area of our lives that's never needed a lot of work, it's just always come naturally, always been strong. We say it all the time because it's true: We're best friends. And I think that friendship has laid a strong foundation for our marriage. So strong that in the times when things get crazy, when we don't have the time that we need...
we don't have to worry.

Thank for being a strong family through thick and thin. Your strength does not go unnoticed, it makes me look at what i have. And helps me see what areas i can improve on.
